Shrubb is a local Martinican liqueur made from the rind of mandarins dried in the sun and then macerated in rum.

Our Pastry Chef O'Coup d'Coeur played the cupids and caused the two to meet on a bed of sweet dough. She gave birth to a love of Tarte: the Shrubb / Chocolate Tarte.
